Ty Alexander began his career nearly a decade ago at the famous and celebrity-centric Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, California. While managing the large-scale operation, Ty began teaching a higher-caliber level of service to his valets. The type of service that is EXPECTED by Hollywood’s “A-List” and the Los Angeles corporate elite. This string of success led to Ty Alexander being selected to coordinate the valet service for the worldwide spectacle that is the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in 2009, 2010, and 2011!

In 2011, Ty and his wife Heather moved from California to Missouri to begin their life together. He immediately became the valet manager at Chase Park Plaza Hotel in 2011 and is currently the CEO of Luxury Valet.

Luxury Valet CFO, Heather Alexander’s experience came in years of hotel management at the very same Sunset Tower Hotel in Hollywood, where she met her future husband. Not only does she understand the huge responsibility that comes in elite-level guest services, but as a native of St. Louis, she understands our city.

With almost 15 years of experience, Ty began his career as a valet and later into the Valet Manager of Hollywood’s famed Sunset Tower Hotel. From Sean Penn and Bill Murray to Natalie Portman and Jennifer Aniston, Ty has been trusted by the biggest and brightest stars in the world. Now, he brings that red carpet experience to St. Louis as the Chief Executive Officer of Luxury Valet.

Due to her high-caliber level of customer service, Heather rose from working at the front desk to promotion as the Front Office Manager of the Sunset Tower in Los Angeles in her very first year with the celebrity hotel. Heather was trusted with serving such notables as Renee Zellweger, Matthew McConaughey, Jack Nicholson, Johnny Depp, Drew Barrymore and Elton John. Heather is now Luxury Valet’s CFO.
